Bottom Roller

Track roller is an important component on an excavator, which operates under severe wear and impact under heavy loads. The material of the track roller is required to be 50Mn/40Mn2, and the quenching hardness of the outer circle and the end faces on both sides of the wheel flange is HRC52-60. The depth of the hardening layer reaches 5-10mm.

The main function of the track roller is to transmit the weight of the machinery to the track. During mechanical operation, in addition to rolling along the track surface, it also needs to grip the track to prevent it from sliding out laterally. During mechanical steering, it also forces the track to slide laterally on the ground.

Track rollers are easy to install and maintain, and they facilitate the assembly and disassembly of excavators. Their main function is to support the weight of excavators and bulldozers, allowing the tracks to move forward along the wheels.
